The AutoCorrect Exceptions dialog box appears. The grades have been turned in. Macintosh: From the Tools menu, select AutoCorrect... In some instances, the problem was my own doing and other times I don't know what caused it, maybe it was a bad copy and paste day.
Instead, I tend to find a paragraph with a misspelling, highlight it and press Shift + F1. Actually, everything was OK untill I tried changing the spelling checker to use English NZ rather than the default US English. I've just uninstalled and re-installed but still the same. Click OK.

If you do not use the word often enough to warrant creating an exception, you can undo the individual AutoCorrection without changing AutoCorrect settings. here Option Implication Undo Automatic Capitalization Selecting this option affects only this occurrence of the capitalization in the current document.
