All works lovely when adding a new record BUT when I move to another record the cbo entries in the subform are not there, there are saving to the table are ERROR The requested URL could not be retrieved The following error was encountered while trying to retrieve the URL: Connection to failed. With the RowSource showing an Index in the first column the user could not type in selections on the list. In this new database AutoExpand functioned just fine. Check This Out
