Even used Select All but zip. When I type in a word that exists in the document, the response is : "The item was not found". HELP! Thank you! Source

There's much more I can go on about but the only thing that I didn't like so much was the Bland appearance of the default skin. When I noticed the sporadic problem occur, the only solution was to save, exit, re-open. If these factors are set properly and it still doesn't work properly, then you should exit Word and restart the program.
